If you have difficult time to find Japanese speaking counselors in overseas as well as Chinese and English speaking counselors in Japan, we are the perfect match to fulfill those needs. Natural Resource Counselors are qualified bilinguals educated in the US and Japan with expertise in cross-cultural issues. Skype Bilingual Counseling is convenient as you don’t need to visit the office. Nevertheless, there is no difference in client satisfaction or outcomes compared to face-to-face counseling.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation/re-scheduling. A full fee will be charged directly to clients for missed appointments. For the first appointment, a fee will be also charged if you do not show or cancel within 48 hours.
